Back in 2018, The Meeting Space chose Berlin as its city to host their biannual event in. QT/ being the Berlin expert, was then also chosen as the agency to take this opportunity on, and make it all come to life.

Being quite a large scale project, being held over 6 continuous days, consisting of multiple ranges of events, meetings, activities and a final grand gala dinner, the QT/ team had 4 people working together to make this happen.

The Meeting Space event is quite an interesting experience, as it is tailored and hosts up to 400 professionals from around the EU, packing many different things into a short amount of time, to show the best the city has to offer during their stay. The attendees consist of quite an exclusive crowd of either service providers or hosted buyers (company representatives). Another great challenge that the QT/ team helped with was, finding contacts for partnerships and sponsors to collaborate with the entire experience.

Followed by a successful week of back to back meetings and activities, the event was wrapped up with a gala dinner. The concept that QT/ produced for this was quite unique, hosted in the E-Werk industrial building, it was transformed into 4 different neighborhood communities (Kiez) in Berlin. The space was the divided into 4 iconic city areas, each representing their individual and unique styles, with road like divisions between the segments. Each area had their own personalized bar station, which had iconic drinks representing the area, as well as tailored entertainment and decor to each Kiez. The dinner consisted of a 4-course meal, one to portray each area. The entire dinner was to represent the different Kiez areas of Berlin, in the most authentic and Berliner way.
