RECKITT BENCKISER

When in Berlin do some graffiti art on giant bear statues, it's almost like a tradition. Or at least is what Reckitt Benckiser did as a very well welcomed teambuilding activity that was the highlight of their trip to Berlin.

RECKITT BENCKISER

When speaking of events that are both informative and amusing, you must include the one we organized for Reckitt Benckiser.

The Italian branch of the UK chemical company came to Berlin in February 2013 for a sales meeting titled the Break the Wall Conference. The program included meetings at the Radisson Blu hotel, but its highlights were the teambuilding activities and the final gala dinner.

For the first time ever, our traditional (at least for Berlin) graffiti teambuilding was done on both canvases and on 2 meter tall bear statues – the bear is the symbol of the city and these statues are seen all around town. Participants sprayed each canvas and bear with one of the logos from the company’s various brands, and after the event all the material was shipped to Italy and today decorates the company’s office interior.

Another engaging teambuilding activity took place at the Babelsberg Film Studios, famous for filming Metropolis, The Hunger Games, Inglorious Basterds and many more. The guests, divided in teams, participated in a competition to record the best commercial for their product.

As if all this was not enough, the program culminated in a fun driven dinner at the Wasserwerk, an ex water pumping facility in Berlin turned event venue in 2005. Apart from the usual dinner program completed with award and an afterparty, the guests challenged themselves in a catwalk competition where they both selected and took them onto the catwalk.
